Goal: Differentiate JDA amid a highly competitive landscape of management training firms and increase awareness of the company’s capabilities and experience across leadership, communications, sales and skills training.

jdaSocial Media Strategy:
Promoted the tremendous range of thought leadership and rich personalities of the firm’s various executives through a set of Web 2.0 platforms and tools providing users with a more dynamic experience from which to learn and interact with content and JDA executives.


All told, in a matter of under two months, the company went from having no social media presence to an active group blog brimming with insights from multiple JDA executives, a series of 16 online videos of the CEO discussing tips to enhance leadership and skill building in organizations and an active Twitter account enabling JDA yet another outreach vehicle to the broader management and coaching community.
